When I got my Elna Excellence 740, the workhorse in my sewing room. back from servicing, I had to check to make sure it wasn't a brand new machine. It purrs along like a quiet kitten. The foot control works better than when it was new and the needle threader works again. My Husky serger came back all threaded ready to sew and it cuts much better now with a new blade.
So this Thanksgiving I have many things to be thankful for including Mark's convenient and excellent service.
