I have always been wary about buying from "used car" dealers, but my recent experience buying a 2017 Toyota Sienna from Auto Villa was excellent.

Firstly, the manager Ahmad Ahmady gave me the low down on the vehicle, including pictures, documents and comprehensive information on the extent of vehicle damage and how the vehicle was rebuilt. Ahmad explained the entire rebuilding and government inspection/certification process to me. He is very knowledgeable, patient and he answered all my questions satisfactorily.

As I was driving home from the dealership, there was a minor rattle from the rear of the van. After a few days, I call Ahmad and told him of the issue. He told me to bring the vehicle in. I got busy and was only able to bring back the vehicle after a few weeks and by then the rattle had become very loud and annoying.

Ahmad personally assisted me in resolving the issue. Rattles can be tricky to diagnose, but with his previous experience as owner of an auto repair shop, Ahmad determined the noise was probably coming from the left rear shock. He took me to a competent shop that determined it was a indeed a bad left rear shock absorber. Ahmad ordered a new shock absorber and had the shop install it. I got my vehicle back within a few hours and now, it is solid and runs like new.

BTW, the price was totally fair, the van is beautiful, so together with the great after sales service, I am a very happy customer and will refer Auto Villa to my friends and relatives.

I recently purchased a 2015 Ford F150 Lariat from Auto Villa and am very pleased with the experience I had. I dealt with Ahman and he was knowledgeable about the vehicle and features it came with. The inquiries I had about the vehicle were promptly answered and follow-up to my requests were completed without any issues. Ahman provided suggestions to reduce costs in a friendly, honest manner.

I have been driving the truck for a few weeks now and am impressed with the quality and reliability.

I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from Auto Villa to my friends.

Sold me car by saying it has minor damage nothing wrong in car gave us rebuilt car bunch of crook opened repair shop those only cover. Damages not know real problem and sell cars never go there I lost 6500 on car shortly after buy

I bought a 2012 Mitsubishi Lancer about 6 months ago from Auto villa. so far no problems.
it was about 5 thousand dollar cheaper then Mitsubishi dealer with about 40,000km less mileage on it.
I love my car and would highly recommend going to Auto Villa

Purchased a car from these guys, nothing but problem after problem.

Electrical problems with car.
Problem with losing power between 2500 and 3500rpm - unable to diagnose with several different mechanics.
Lights shine off the road wrong bulbs jammed into sockets impossible to replace.
The front end of the car was held on by wire and zap straps.
Radiator failed due to missing rad support on one side.

No bolts neccessary at auto villa - i guess they know the vehicle inspector well, my mechanic won't even risk driving it further than he has to.

Jay Shadob did not disclose to me the car has a rebuilt status. He simply checked the box on the paper, which I noticed after driving home.
In the transfer form he did the same thing and never tell me about the status.
I called next morning and demanded to return the car, but he started to yell at me that it was my fault. I told him that by law he is supposed to disclose it to the buyers, but he still didn't want to take the car back.
In a little bit I found another person with the same experience. We are considering legal actions.

my budget was $4000 to buy a second hand car, so looked at about 10 different dealerships, but I was only offered junks until I found Auto Villa. the sales man John offered me a beautiful 2002 Mazda protege5 with all brand new tires and brand new breaks.
It works great no problems with the car. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

The positive reviews seem fake to me. Because these guys lie a lot. I was lied to about taxes and also the fuel economy of the car I bought. It is a gas guzzlers but the salesman John told me it was really good on gas.

Jay's service was great and he was honest. Unlike any other sales person I have met. He gave us a great deal while patiently putting up with us as we tried to get a discount like everyone would. I highly recommend asking for Jay when you go to Auto Villa. I bought a 2011 BMW 323i and it runs great.

Bought a 2012 Mercedes C300 and have no complaints at all. The Salesperson was honest with cars history and did not pressure is at all. We took our time in deciding, and asked many questions. Jay answered all of our questions with patience. Would definitely recommend this business.

The third party warranty that they give away with the car is useless and not worth the paper it is printed on. It has a deductible and a $1500 limit. There is 2 pages of fine print. They cover some parts of the engine and not other parts. When you have a claim you will be really fortunate if they cover you at all.
very frustrated after dealing with this. I was told the camshaft is covered but the cam seal is not eventhough the warranty was supposed to be for the entire engine. WTF

it is a Rebuilt car. I bought for about $5,000 cheaper then the market price.
I am very happy with it. it works very good. No problems at all.

This place scams! The main salesperson/owner Jay implied that the car I was looking to buy was only in a minor fender-bender, when it was written off as salvage. He showed me a false document of cost of the repairs made, and a month later when I asked to see the same document, he said he didn't have it on file which a dealership is legally responsible to have and to show. Received the paper stating the car was salvage a month after purchasing the vehicle, when it's legally supposed to be kept with the insurance/transfer forms at all times. Also added fees which are supposed to be included in the advertised price. Wish I had not been so quick to purchase but with 3 jobs, I needed a car asap, and they completely took advantage of my inexperience with dealerships.
