I took my vehicle there 3 times despite explaining my dissatisfaction that it wasn't clean they still didn't clean my vehicle. 3 strikes and your out.

seem to have the staff there just don't care.

Arrived at the Car Pride for an interior and exterior car wash for my modest Honda Civic. The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and told me I had to join line, I waited patiently for about 15 minutes. I reached the drive through door when one of the workers told me to go into the waiting area and pay. While sitting there the worker came back and informed be that my car key was broken, I immediately went outside and found the manager (Mr. Nash) sitting in my vehicle trying to get the key out. Being a rational person I did not yell or scream at anyone. Mr. Nash told me that the key was broken when he entered the vehicle, he defended his employee and informed me to call CAA or the dealer. I tried to talk to Mr. Nash but he completely brushed me off and pushed my car to the side, he stated that the only thing that he could do was to give me a free car wash (lol). I went back to the front desk and asked for a refund the young lady put the money back on my debit card. I felt hurt and humiliated, fortunately I had an extra key which I used to go to the Dealer where I ended up paying $176 ($89 for key and $60 to program it plus taxes). When I got home I realized that instead of a refund the cashier took money out of my debt card twice I called Car Pride and spoke to the young lady who informed me that I have to wait for the Manager who was not available at that time. I left my name and number in the hopes that once he reviews his records he could call me to come for my refund. Two days passed no call from the manager, I returned back I spoke to Mr. Nash who insisted that the money was refunded, I had to go to call my bank and put the phone on speaker so he could hear the conversation. Frustrated I left the business, twenty minutes later he called me to come back and get my money. I returned back Mr. Nash gave me the refund no apology was offered. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANY ONE, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Being in the car business has led me to be a bit fussy about my own vehicle, after looking at winter dust and debris for awhile now I decided to treat my car to a SPA day.When I inspected my car after the day at the spa I was amazed at the results in just 2 hrs. I am very pleased. Thanks to Chrissy for her smiling face and warm welcome, thank you to the very nice shuttle driver (the dad) who drove me to work.I think I have found my new spa facility and recommend this facility to everyone. Word of caution "when you pick up your vehicle, wear sunglasses as the shine will distort your vision. Thanks guys!

I took advantage of their opening special. They did a very good job. it took them about 20 mins to clean out the inside and the outside. Very nice lounge to chill for those 20 mins.

Could improve by taking up less time, but to their defense, I didn't have my car done for over a year.
