Don't know about servicing and installing. I was stopped by the front line salesperson or person setting up appointments. Not very accommodating. On the next garage door installer. Don't think they're the only one in the Hamilton area.

I just wanted to say they did a super job on our new garage door that was installed recently. When I ordered the door from the fellow who had come out for a service/repair call, he helped me pick out a new door & we are very, very pleased with the result. The door looks lovely & the job was very well done. I can\'t believe that only one fellow did the whole installation by himself ( it was a 2 ply steel door). He left the garage clean & touched up some small scratches on the paint so we are extremely pleased. We have used this company now for the three years we have been in our house and can\'t be happier with the service. I am very happy to refer protech to friends about their garage door problems.

i had a broken spring on the door, called around a few companies, Protech was the cheapest among all. Tech showed up got the spring replaced in no time, did a complete inspection on the door and opener greased the gear for me as it was a bit dry lubricated the door with no extra cost. i highly recommend them amazing service.. thumbs up Protech
