After being abandoned by Enmax (sold me 2 furnaces in 2010 and
opted out of the business in 2013 leaving customers to deal with Warranty issues by themselves) I contacted Distinct for help with a Furnace problem still under manufactures warranty
and they fully outlined how High Efficient furnaces work including some common trouble shooting tips and things to watch for. They were also able to send a technician (who was very courteous, knowledgeable & pleasant to deal with) over the same day to fix the problem as well as perform a full 30 point inspection of the entire system for a regular priced service call (took care of the Warranty stuff without issue).

I had the pleasure of working with Accu-temp when I was looking to have air conditioning installed in my home. They took the time to educate me on all my options and recommended a smaller unit than what several other vendors recommended because it was the right fit. They came to my home and performed an extensive analysis of my home to properly assess my needs instead of guessing over the phone like many others I talked to. I highly recommend Accu-temp for furnace or air conditioning installation need.
