Listen Up! Statues of limitations in Ontario is 2 years,after 2 years you cannot take any legal action for any debt.This company is chasing old debt and they have no legal recourse,other than to send nastly emails and bother you.DO NOT PAY THEM! Its old debt!

I rarely leave a feedback but I had to make the time as they collected my account quickly and was very informative and honest. I dealt with many collection agencies and they all charge undisclosed fee but this agency charged exactly what I signed for. Highly recommend them!!

First of all I would like to warn people of this company and its owners.
This is my experience with Mr Bobby Kerat chief executive of Canadian Express collection Agency Inc.
About my company Solkraft: Solkraft specializing in solar heating , infloor heating ,solar Pv, .
We import,install and distribute solar collectors, hydronic manifolds,condensing boilers ETC.
Mr Kerat contacted me via a add on kijiji and was interested to purchase a 6 port hydronic manifold
for use in his infloor heating project. I delivered the manifold to his location and after seeing his basement and answering couple of technical questions l left the house.
After 3 days Mr Kerat called me and wanted to return the manifold saying that I misrepresent the product and that I never told him that he will also need a pump, heat source, thermostats,pex piping ETC. ( My add on Kijiji had technical specification just on manifold and never stated that it is all you need
to install a functional infloor heating system.) I did refuse to return the hole amount of $299 incl HST and offered in the end 30% restocking charge that he refused and insisted on full amount.
Mr Kerat started to threatening me with Better Business Bureau, collection agencys and that my credit will be effected. I carefully checked my rights in Consumer Protection Ontario and it states very clear that I do not have to take any returns at all in this case especially when somebody lies and threatening me. Its just not in my DNA.
A couple of days later I got a mail from Canada Express Collection Agency stating a past due amount.
After mailing back and forward Mr Kerat told me that deal with manifold was done by me as a “door to door” sales tactic and that he have right to a full refund and that I will receive LOT OF CALLS FROM HIS
COLLECTION AGENCY. And yes.. I do receive 2 calls a day from a different number each day that is not in service when I call back.
Mr Kerat is in believe that in owning a collection agency makes him above the law, so I will
have to go to bottom of it to show him that its not the case.

If your looking for a great service with honest informative agents hire Canadian express collection agency. They do not have any hidden fees and don't charge anything unless they collect which was very important to me as a business owner.

we found Canadian Express after having a bad experience with another collection agency that charged us hidden fees and there wasn't much collected. Since we started with and they collected 80% of our accounts. The rest was reported to the credit agency and they are following up with consistent collection and keep us in the loop. There was no hidden or sign up fees like the previous collection agency and they only charge when they collect
