The day I visited the beer store website, this company was directly connected as the deliverer. After I placed an order online, I got a rude call from an operator from this company.

At first all I could hear was giggling. This juvenile idiot obviously thought the Quebec beer "Le Fin du monde" was amusing. She was calling because she didn't recognize the beer and claimed that the beer store employee didn't recognize it either. Maybe the beer store employee didn't recognize the name because the girl from homedeliverycanada couldn't pronounce it properly. After I suggested we "forget" about this beer, she said I should just call "Good Cheer" and let them "deal with me."

So I *did* call Good Cheer, and they were great! They actually had an operator who was smart, professional, and pleasant to talk to! 519.438.4641

David, why does your company hire such trashy, rude people? I will never call this business again, and I will continue to tell people how shabbily I was treated.
