My payment was late by a couple days around Christmas and my sergeant got broke into the 24th of December and I really lost about $8,000 worth of stuff and they stated because my insurance wasn't covered cuz I was behind two days that I don't get any insurance claim for any stuff that I did and what I understand the people that work at this place have something to do with the breaking enters find people that did the breaking and his new exactly what time the alarms will be off and cameras were down around my area plus on top of that the camera footage said that they give me you can see somebody else in the air coming towards the gate that that's on the one side so yeah they said people have to give me broken into and I know three other people I have been broken into with the same the same way

Had to get some last minute storage for a family emergency and it was super easy to do. Whole process took about 24 hours from sign up to key handoff.

We’ve only been there for a week, but so far so good. The storage bay was clean when it was showed to me, and the entry and exit procedures were explained. I’m hoping we don’t have to be there for long, but it’s so far a good experience.

My daughter loved the golf cart ride up to the unit, so she’d also rate it 5 stars, but she’s a toddler and doesn’t have a Google account.

ETA: I am at the Thompson Rd location.

I've only been here for a few weeks and I have to say I love it. I love not having a long contract. Love the month to month commitment, can move out at any time. You also get to keep the lock. Which is a very high quality lock. It seems like a very safe and private spot. Haven't had any issues.
