No response, zero help! I reached out to Axiom Investigative Services twice, once by email and once by their website contact form, and she couldn't even be bothered with a response! The website form stated that a response is normally within 48 hours, but I received nothing. I initially sent an email, and waited a few days, and then submitted on their website form in case something went wrong with my email. Still zero response. For someone who claims to be a professional, this was extremely unprofessional and rude. Even if she had responded back to say that her caseload was full and she could recommend someone else that would have been preferable to complete silence. For someone to reach out for help and get ignored by someone who claims that they are out to help those in trouble is a slap in the face! I wouldn't recommend her or her business to anyone!! If I could give her a zero out of 5, I would!!

I was ripped off by Suzanne Edmondson and Axiom Investigations. I have asked her several times to refund the payments sent to her but she refuses. She ripped me off for over $2300 and I have evidence of emails and texts that prove that she refused to compete the job she was contracted to do. This individual was unprofessional and rude. She was late for every meeting we had and never apologized. She had a terrible attitude. I am planning on taking her to small claims to recoup the loss. The word nightmare would be an understatement to describe this unprofessional business.

My sister was going through a nightmare custody case & got court-ordered supervision for when my niece visited her father. He has a violent history & other companies dropped him or refused to work with him. The way this supervisor dealt with the whole thing was amazing & I know my sister was way more at ease knowing that things were under control & her daughter was safe during visits.

We were having employee & competitor issues. They did surveillance & worked under cover to get us the information we were looking for. Great job. Would recommend.

They came highly recommended by a staff member who'd used them in a custody case. We needed evidence against a current & a former employee/ partner who were working together to damage our company & reputation. Because of axiom's investigation & surveillance, we are now able to mount a case. I don't see how this could have been possible without their expertise & assistance. Thank you Susan!

I hired the lady to do a survallance on my wife. Was happy with the service. Not happy with what I found out. I am still amazed at how she was able to get some of the info. She seemed like she really cared when she told me what she found out. I would recommend her. Plus, she even gave me the name of my lawyer. lol
