After 39 years truckin never been on the hook...auto rescue got on the job and Colton showed up..just got out of the young mans way and he worked in a safe and timey manner never had to repeat a step because of his pace and believe me i seen people break stuff and do it wrong because they were in a rush. Got to where i was, hooked up and delivered just under 2 hours..then a ride to a restaurant..good job Colton....Best regards...Trucker Derek

Overcharged prices, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service and RUDE customer service. They damaged my car and took no responsibility! Kept my car for 18hrs and charged me for two days of storage!! etc...

Parked in a private business parking area and checked with the clerk upon entering (as per the instructions on the signs) that we were ok to park there, came out an hour later to find the car gone.
Auto Rescue towed it under the pretense that their policy requires a tag on the vehicle to park there legally (no written confirmation of this was provided at request from us)
If you see a lot with Auto Rescue signs around it do yourself a favour and keep driving, do business with someone else or park on the street otherwise your car will be held for ransom and there is nothing the law can do about it.

Very expensive. Cost $165 to tow our truck for a 15 minute tow.

The absolute worst company for towing and customer service I have ever seen. The employees are ignorant, rude and will insult anyone before hanging up on you.
They refuse to let anyone retrieve their personal belongings out of the vehicle.
The employees will not explain their policies or any procedure involving retrieving a vehicle from the lot. Whatever they say does not imply to any of the policies.
I recommend everyone to stay away from this company at all costs. They will rob you blind and lie right to your face .

they towed my brand new car and mark up my car with their dollies and lied about it but a body shop told me the dollies made the marks so BEWARE CHECK YOUR CAREFULLY,,

I've used auto rescue multiple times. Not only did they arrive in a timely manner they went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Keep up the good work.

Extremely disappointed with our experience. Our condo hired them 2 yrs ago to tow vehicles that are constantly parking at our (owners and tenants) stalls. We were fighting to have this contract for years. When it finally came - we were extremely happy. Finally!
In November someone did in fact park in our parking stall. Since we have their signs all over the property - we called them asking for help. Lady who answered the phone, told us that we do not have any agreement with them. We told her our Complex name, management company, address. postal code - nothing. She (after approx a hour on and off the hold) said that no contract is in place and none will come. When asked her how is it possible since he have their signs all over the place - she could not explain but said that there is no agreement in place.
Needless to say - when few other people parked in our stall, we did not call them since there is no contact. Last week, someone again parked in our stall and we parked in the visitor parking for few hours waiting for fellow to leave. Result? Our car had been towed.
When talking with "manager" what I experienced was: extreme rudeness, arrogance and lack of any willingness to help. He did admit that their employee misinformed us, but also said that he will not do anything about is and wished me nice day. (!!!????!!!!!)
If you are looking for company to have a contract on towing away vehicles from your condo resident stalls - think twice or even three time before getting involved with Auto Rescue. Too bad that we (me and my husband) were advocating for them for years (sic!). Well, better late than never. You learn as you go.
We do not recommend then to anyone. Unless you want to have your blood boiled and you want to be treated like a peace of trash.
Not surprised that they are not BBB accredited and that their rating with BBB is C.
It speaks volume.
By working over 8 yr in customer service - I have no words to comment on this.

This is the worst towing company in the city as far as I'm concerned! The customer service was terrible. Be prepared to have staff hang up on you when trying to sort out a situation. Auto rescue essentially stole my vehicle from a private parking lot. Despite my informing the company that the vehicle was in fact registered, and that I had proof, was told it was not their problem. Nor would they provide an owner/manager to speak with. Once they were forced to finally admit they their mistake they actually wanted to make me wait until the next morning to pick my vehicle up from their impound lot! Thanks to the company that hired auto rescue to patrol my lot...They were forced to bring the vehicle back.
I have watched this company operate here for years and in my opinion (and in talking to friends in the towing industry) they are a shady company that should be avoided at all costs!!!
My next complaint is with the better business bureau!

Had the very same experience recently, discovered Edmonton has no restrictions on private parking lots running this kind of extortion racquet nor does the province.
