I just drove off the lot with my 2013 Honda CR V EX trim and I could not be happier. Upon meeting Heather I was certain I was in good hands and was making the right decision to go with Honda. It was not only her friendly and welcoming disposition but her knowledge of both the CR V AND the competition that really impressed me. Since 1988 I have owned 5 Honda Civics, 1 Odyssey and most recently a 2015 Fit all purchased at Waterloo Honda. Over the decades the cars have improved and so has Waterloo Honda. They have kept pace with the changing demands of customers and the more complex nature of the cars. Each car buying experience has been excellent with the sales staff being genuinely interested in my needs and willing to spend the time necessary without any pressure or drama to complete the sale and delivery.

Our last car purchase was a used vehicle from Waterloo Honda. Our sales professional Jorge was courteous and made us feel at ease (which in my case is difficult to do as I usually don't trust sales people). He was able to answer all our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we got into the right vehicle for us and that it was in our budget. Went to Waterloo Honda this afternoon and used their Express Service lane. No appointment was required and their Service Team were courteous, well organized and efficient. The service took about 25 minutes start to finish. The waiting area was comfortable and complimentary refreshments included water, coffee, tea, candies and popcorn. It was a very good experience and I plan to continue having my car serviced there.

We purchased a 2000 Honda Accord Sedan from Waterloo Honda in 2003.
Now 10 years later we are purchasing a new 2013 Honda Accord Sedan from Waterloo Honda.
The service we have received from their outstanding Service Department over the last 10 years accounts for at least 50% of the reason we are staying with the Honda brand and Waterloo Honda in particular.
