I've been going to Physiomed for year's now for the good maintenance of my spine & body. Also because of their consistent excellent services and personnel (doctors, therapist & MOAs). Recently I'm so impressed with the result of my massage therapy (David & Katherine) bec my chronic pain in my neck (due to work & posture) was gone. Thank you for for making me feel well and for the good advices.

I have made my third visit to the Vancouver. Physiomed clinic for my lower back pain and my arthritis knee problem.
I have seen some improvements.Thanks to the physiomed staffs from the front office courteous and polite to the treatment room personnel very knowledgeable all working together to make things happened.

Dr. Samji's front office staff lacks courtesy and professionalism. I was taken in a room where the foot detox machine was malfunctioning. The office staff, Jamie was to come back to correct this problem but forgot all about me after I waited more than 20 minutes. The door in the room could only be opened from the outside and I was left to crawl underneath the door to escape this bad experience. Dr. Samji didn't even make a courtesy call to me after I left a complaint to the front office staff. Please avoid this place if you don't want bad customer service!

The receptionist was nice enough and had me fill out a form.

After I finished, a man who was sitting in the waiting area was now hovering over me, and I had to make the deduction that who I thought was a patient, was actually my therapist.

With a minimum of words I was led into a treatment room that while nice, was cold and drafty. Therapist seemed kind of bored, although most therapists I find disaffected.

After more research, this clinic started off as the samji clinic and finished off as a corporate Physiomed, so with saying that, I understand the impersonal aspect.

This clinic, not for me. If you're looking for a good therapist, ask around.
