House flood occurred due to burst pipes. City Vibe heavily demolished areas without consent in unsupervised house (only to seek reward a potential rebuild). No quote was provided by CityVibe for work and was mislead and coached by City Vibe into thinking that insurance pay all the time. Insurance gave final statement for non-payment, City vibe invoiced me for $30K, after court City Vibe and myself settled for $11K.I did not choose CityVibe to rebuild. Questionable work ethics, and felt taken advantage while in a traumatic situation.

When time came fore us to renovate, we had difficulties in selecting the right contractor for our project. We found Russell from City Vibe Contracting Inc. He came out to see us the same day to assist us with our project design. Russell coordinate the project from start to finish in a precise manner. We are very happy with City Vibe Contracting and would like to recommend them for everybody.

I calle City Vibe Contracting in May, 2012 and ask their professional help in finishing my basement. Russell's respond was fast and strait to the point...he presented a design of the basement and after 26 days the project was done. It turned out much better then i expected and i am super happy with Russell from City Vibe Cointracting. I recomed this company to everyone.
