Just tried to buy a watch online and made an offer on an item that was listed with a "make an offer" option in the listing. My offer was very reasonable. I was called a "low baller" when I inquired about the lack of response to my offer. I have been purchasing high end timepieces all over the world for over 23 years and have never been referred to as a low baller. WOW. If your not willing to take offers, than don't put that in the listing. Just list it with the price you want in the first place.

I'm a return patron, as in I've bought five to six watches from this place over the years. Some people collect bikes, I collect vintage watches and this place is home to the best of them. I just selected a Panerai and it lives up to its name in that it's classic and precise, as well as excellently hand-crafted. I highly recommend this place to one and all, collector or otherwise.

I arrived about 45min before closing time and wasn't overly committed to selling my Breitling, but was interested in getting a valuation as I had expected I may need to shop around. Excellent reviews convinced me to show up in person at the Eglington site. I entered the store, was greeted by both gentlemen. I place my breitling box on the counter and asked for a valuation while indicating I may or may not sell. I was told the current retail value (which was 100% accurate), I was told what they would sell it for (Again, based on my research he was spot on the selling price), and lastly he explained that it was in execellent condition with all paperwork etc, but they would have to polish and professionally clean the watch (of course). I asked him not to lowball me, make his best offer and I would sell it or not based on the number. The number he offered was exactly what I would have offered in his place, it was honest and fair and allowed him to make some money and cover his costs of the polish/clean and the shelving/marketing costs which he didn't need to explain to me as I own many companies myself. I agreed to the sale, they took a copy of my drivers license and counted out a rather large sum of money on the counter in hundreds in full view so I could count along with him. This entire deal took place in under 5mins of me walking into the store. Very friendly, very honest and fair. I will now do ALL of my watch transactions with watchfinder.ca - including purchases as I looked around afterwards and they have a great selection of high quality top end watches that all look to be in excellent condition.

Great place to do business, friendly, honest and most of all fair prices offered for purchasing. I can only imagine his selling prices are great too. I know what he will sell my watch for and it's a great deal for whomever buys it. A win win win, thanks guys! I'll be back! - Mark H.

My first time buying a premium brand watch and I wanted a lightly used Omega Speedmaster. Their website is updated daily (few times a day at times) and they responded immediately to my phone and email questions about the watch I wanted. In store I dealt with Joe who was very friendly and answered all of my newbie watch questions, and he even allowed me have the back case opened by their in store technician, so that I could view the mechanism of the watch to verify it's authenticity. Fantastic purchase experience, would highly recommend these guys for the watch knowledge and professional and friendly service.

Very impressed with Watchfinder’s products and services. The pre-owned watches are in great condition. They even have a grading system on their website so you know your money’s worth when looking at a pre-owned piece. The Cartier watch I purchased was nearly half the price but looked excellent. I also sold one of my watches in exchange, which made purchasing the new one a lot more affordable. It's a great system.
