The service technician arrived on-time to the hour I was quoted (almost to the minute). He reviewed the work that had been ordered, and proceeded quickly to execute the work. The results were excellent!

We just had our carpets cleaned and are pleased with the service. The technician worked and worked on removing a coffee stain that had been hidden under a sofa for who knows how long. In addition, he pointed out a tripping hazard as the carpet on one set of stairs had become loose. The carpets dried quickly and we were able to put the furniture back in place after about five hours. We would highly recommend this company.
