NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!
I arranged for a pool closing for the beginning of the week (Sept. 27, 2016). Never showed.
I emailed to ask why and to reschedule. No response.
Emailed again the next day - Nothing.
Emailed on Wednesday following up and to try and reschedule. Nothing.
To date - Friday Sept. 30, 2016 I never heard from anyone from this company.
WHAT A WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS !!!!!

Derek is prompt and knowledgable and he isn't money hungry. He gives great advice and doesn't charge for the sake of charging- he is a fair businessman. If you are in need of pool servicing/repair look no further.

We have used Derek for the past six years to open, help maintain and close our pool annually. He is prompt, reliable, thorough and available to answer questions at any time. Derek has made pool ownership easy. When we've had challenges with parts failing, Derek has provided a complete synopsis of what we can do to correct and provides his recommendation. We would highly recommend Derek to anyone looking for a great pool guy! You can't go wrong!
