Warning for all property managers: They maybe able to inject some leaks in single dwelling basement, but any serious waterproofing or structural repair project, stay away from this company, poor construction management, terrible quality of work, questionable material used, and be prepared to be asked to pay double of what they originally agreed to.

In October 2023. I needed exterior waterproofing repairs around my whole house. Helena provided full explanation and what I needed. She made me feel comfortable with this big decision and provided ongoing communication with me. Paul, also provided me ongoing communication as well, both great consumer service. Carl and his team that worked at my home. They were very respectful, and worked extremely hard. I have to say, it was a touch of class by making sure my neighbors were ok with them working at my home. After work was completed, they went out of their way to make sure my home and my neighbor's home was clean and that we were both happy. I totally recommend WaterproofMasters.

So things did go not completely smoothly. However they were able to recover and do a quick install. With little fuss. James was great and the manager was also able to respond to our concerns and correct them quickly.

Very happy with the work completed on our home. James kept us well informed, and the crew was polite and worked extremely hard. They left the job site clean and made sure we were happy before they left.
