I highly recommend this storage facility to everyone. They have amazing offers for new customers. I’ve used both a 5x10 and 5x5 unit and found both to be very clean, well maintained and safe. Access to the facility has always been very easy.

The site managers to the storage facility are also all really helpful and professional. They try their best to make your experience smooth sailing! Shoutout to Joel

This is my third summer that I have stored my bike here. I looked at other storage places, but ForestCity Storage gets my vote for sure.

Great service from friendly staff. The facilities are spotlessly clean and security as solid as it could be. And prices are certainly reasonable. I highly recommend them!

Highly recommend using this company , if all staff are as polite, helpful and knowledgeable as their Maitland road location ... I have never had such a more easy time renting a unit anywhere else in the city over the many years going from one spot to another. The security onsite is above average aswel so the piece of mind knowing my belongings are being well taken care of is an added bonus. Thank you guys for your help and professionalism getting me a unit !!!! **(they have some amazin deals for anyone whom might b interested in getting a unit the future, p.s locations and different times if the year do change what incentives they have to offer, but all

I had a history of paying in full. I explained to them I was going through personal issues. I lost my bf at the time to suicide and subsequently became homeless. I had full intent to pay and let them know I was awaiting pay day, with plans to pay in full locker cost and arrears. Again had a history of paying in full despite the struggles. They sold my locker for $55 and within it I lost all personal/ sentimental belongings I had kept of my mother that passed away- Her original artwork, pictures of when she was younger, journals, photo albums, all of which are irreplaceable and priceless to me. I lost all my memorabilia of children I was keeping. Again irreplaceable and priceless to me! My personal documents. Only things I cared about were the irreplaceable belongings. It was a complete lack of humanity to sell my locker when I was in direct communication and always paid them, and again explained the extenuating circumstances I was under. Zero care! Now my mom is gone and I have absolutely nothing to remember her by. Coupled with all I went through on top of that. It’s very sad. I wouldn’t trust your stuff with this place. In the event anything happens to you personally, they will not care. I hope no one experiences the losses and grief I experienced. They didn’t recover anything owed. They got $55 for the locker when I was a paying customer. I did lapse on payments but watch your spouse die in front of you and see if your able to carry on with your day to day. The point is I had full intention of paying, always paid and just needed an additional week. Instead they sold it for $55 and all my irreplaceable memories and keep sakes of the most important ppl in my life are gone forever!*** in response to owner, i know you extended it however I called you and shared with you the nature of my circumstances, and that i had full intent to pay as I always have historically. Given the fact I experienced trauma of seeing my bf die in front of me, and subsequently was homeless as my name was not on the lease, and I shared all this with you and that I was awaiting my pay day to pay in full, which came a week late! You would have been paid in full instead you recovered $55 which wasn’t near what I owed. The boxes returned to me were water damaged and didn’t contain anything I stated above that I lost. My mom’s pictures, hand drawn art work, journals, baby stuff, the least of my worries was her jewellery she left me, I cared more for her artwork, photos of when she was younger, and memories of my children I kept. I’m going to assume the person you sold it to was personally known to you bc you weren’t concerned with recovering the income lost, as it sold for $55. You ignored the fact I was in contact with you, had a history of paying in full! I had plans to pay in full but guess what try experiencing loss to suicide, your home, and be struggling to survive- alone with no help, and keep a job, and get a home for not just myself but my children, so yes I was late due to the above circumstances but I told you I was going to pay in full and was awaiting my pay day which out of my control came later than I expected. The complete lack of humanity and the professional desire to be paid in full rather than recover $55! Your business is storing ppls belongings, and the sentimental value of what I lost is irreplaceable and priceless! This can happen to anyone! You don’t prepare for such trauma, loss, and ability to struggle to survive all of that while being a mother! There is no excuse! I asked you to wait for me to pay in full. Selling my unit recovered nothing for you, and impacted me forever bc my parents are dead, those memories, photos I’ll never get back or be able to replace. Her artwork is lost forever. Her belongings she left to me gone forever. Just so you could get $55 instead of the full amount I owed. To have a woman call you and explain the situation and for you to act so coldly, and inhumane to recover $55 when you would have been paid in full and continued to be paid. You recovered nothing owed. I lost everything dear to me!
