Hassan did an outstanding job addressing my urgent plumbing issue. Not only did he resolve the immediate problem, but he also took the time to inspect other plumbing concerns around my home.

I mentioned that one of my faucets had low water pressure, and he fixed it on the same visit without any hesitation. There was no need to schedule another appointment atnd then have to pay additional service fees. Two jobs completed in one day, which was greatly appreciated.

Let’s start with the estimate. Always Plumbing sent a technician to our home to provide a basic hot water tank replacement estimate, and they did so with no charge. Their initial estimate was higher than the other two quotes I received, but the technician called the office and they were willing to match the lowest quote. Because of that, I decided to go with Always Plumbing.

The two technicians, Ali and Cristal, arrived on time and were very courteous. They wore boot covers, walked me through how to light the new tank, and completed the replacement in about an hour and a half. They did an excellent job, and I’m very satisfied with the work.

I recommend Always Plumbing.

Called Always Plumbing and Heating. Appointment was set up quickly. Prince Dube was the tech they sent. Very polite and professional. Explained the options to me very quickly and fixed the issue within a few hours. We wished to upgrade to a new kitchen sink. After contacting a few companies for assistance on measurement and quotes, we selected Always Plumbing and Heating. They were not the cheapest but seemed to provide the best upfront information. We purchased our new sink and faucet thinking the install would go smoothly. Cleve arrived within the allotted timeframe and set to work. The removal of the old sink (over 40 yrs in place) went quickly. It wasn't until the new sink was tested to see if it fit the hole that we discovered that there were protrusions under the lip of the sink that caused a great deal of finesse enlarging the hole to allow it to fit. Hence I strongly recommend checking the mounting and under the lip prior to purchasing a sink, ours was a Blanco Vision 210. Nonetheless Cleve tackled the challenge. It took a fair bit longer than he had anticipated but he didn't give up. Once the sink was finally set in place into the counter the under plumbing took very little time. We now have a new sink and faucet and are extremely pleased with the service.

My furnace died on a Friday morning and within hours, Always had Craig out to help and assess my needs. He was thorough, very patient with my dozens of questions and made me feel confident in my choice and that they would take care of my needs. When Colby came out to install, he and his team were very professional, respectfully taking care not to damage anything in the house and did a very thorough and tidy job with the new furnace. The admin staff were terrific at communication and the pricing was very fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend Always Plumbing and Heating for anyone, their service was fantastic.
