WOW! I am so beyond impressed with this company. Straight from my first phone call into them to get a quote, to the end of the installation ... I dealt with only A+ service. The office staff were so friendly. My salesman Reed was so easy to deal with! The installers were quite knowledgeable and answered all my questions without even a stutter. I must say this has been one of the easier business transactions I have ever done. I highly recommend Stittsville Windows and Doors with no questions asked! Still gleaming with excitement everytime I look at my new windows and front door.

I have a difficult set of doors in my home and next to them some unusual size windows – all needed to be replaced. After finding Stittsville Windows and Doors I couldn’t believe how efficient and easy the whole process went. I didn’t even look any further for comparisons as I was so happy with their positive outlook on everything I needed and they could supply it easily. In less than 2 months, I had all the custom work done and it looked fantastic!!! Being on my own, with small children, it’s totally important to me to have suppliers who are on time and treat me fairly. Wish all suppliers were as customer conscience as Stittsville Windows and Doors.

I just recently purchased a new patio door from Stittsville Windows & Doors and they came yesterday to instal it.
Easiest process.
From the first time I stepped into their showroom to the installers leaving my house yesterday - I don't have 1 complaint.
The staff was all so friendly and easy to deal with.
The installation couldn't have gone any smoother - my house was just as clean when they left as when they arrived.
Couldn't be happier with my new purchase and the process that went along with it.
