By phone, or in person, I have always received exceptional service. The Service Advisor spent easily over 15 minutes with me tracking tracking down a $3 bolt for my vintage bike.
The phones ring constantly and they do a great job answering them, but like any store; walk-ins take precedence over call-ins. Nice to have a friendly alternative to MI.

I brought my 2012 civic in for service and was amazed at how well i was trested. A lot of places try to take advantage of women thinking we dont know anything about cars but i do. I did not tell the service advisor this and he treated like any other customer. Their prices are fair and the work is excellent!!!
