After a car accident, I had trouble in my hip. I want constantly in pain, and I was walking with a limp that wasn't helping my posture or my feet any.
Coming to Glen Abbey Physio got me back on my feet again, and they lessened the ordeal of getting back to a normal life.
Using a combination of active release treatment and ultrasound, I was pain free in less time.
I would definitely recommend Glen Abbey Physiotherapy to friends and family. In fact, I already have!
