Good store, knowledgeable staff. After sales service very poor. Have had ongoing issues with new piano for 10 months and no service yet. Buyer beware.

This store has excellent after sale service, but they ask the customer to register the piano in order for them to contact the customer, it's their way to make sure they can service the piano. Ontariopianos actually has a secretary calling all the registered people. If you don't get after sale service, it is probably your own fault by not reading the instructions when buying the piano or grand piano. To write a review about it very ignorent and does damage to the reputation of a store that is the best piano store I have ever dealt with. Read their testimonials. And, you cannot expect them to fix something if they don't know about a problem. WHY NOT CALL THEM AND TELL THEM YOU HAVE A PROBLEM?
