We had them install a furnace for us and I have been trying since September 26th to get a paid invoice from them for the job as well as a decal for the new furnace. I have left 5 messages for their manager Sue to call me and still no calls and it is now October 9th.

Best Heating lived up to their name as follows:
~ Being on-time for all appointments including their installation crew.
~ Their office and their on-site representatives were courteous and patient when explaining everything; particularly the complexities of the Fortis BC Furnace Replacement Program Rebate.
~ I particularly like it when I get calls reminding me the day before and one hour before the work is due to happen.
~ The work was carried out cleanly and competently including another patient person, the installation contractor, who took me through every step and explained how best to maintain and use the new furnace, along with summer fan switches, gas shut-off valves and other vital details.
~ We are delighted with the new furnace which is a huge improvement over the old one that was replaced.
I can strongly recommend Best Heating and I already have passed their name to a friend.

My natural gas furnace and thermostat shut down completely. Although I had never used their service before, I contacted Best Heating later in the morning once I determined I needed service. Wendy was great on the phone. I did not think that anyone would be able to come by on the day as I had called so late and did not have an appointment etc. She told me that all of the techs had a full day but that she would make sure that someone would come by that day. She stayed in touch with me all day to keep me aware of what was going on. Jafa, the Best Heating tech, showed up on his way home after he had a full day of work. He was professional, pleasant, solved our problem and provided a full servicing of our equipment. I feel really good about my experience with Best Heating and will use them for all service requirements in the future.

We recently had Best Heating replace our furnace, and remove our hot water tank to install a tankless hot water system. I was very impressed with how helpful and efficient this was completed. From beginning to end the customer service was excellent. Sue in the main office was very thorough in her explanations of all options available. The installers were friendly, tidy, and when finished they removed both old systems. All details of the appliances were fully and carefully explained to me before they left. I have recommended Best Heating to all my friends!

installedin our crawl space. The care taken and efficiency

from beginning to end was outstanding. The installers (Slavi

and Eugene) removed our old furnace and hot water heater and

installed the new ones into the crawl space with the upmost

efficency and dedication to doing a good job! The Sales

person (Masoud) spent a lot of time with us explaining his

products and gave us an excellent competitive price.!

They did their best to fit us in as quickly as possible and assisted us in applying for the two rebates that we qualified for. Recently we had to have a new furnace installed & since our neighbour had chosen Best Heating we decided to have them come to give us an estimate. Due to their professionalism we decided to have them do the work for us. They were extremely informative & helpful in regards to any questions we had. They advised of when they would come & were on time. They told us how long it would take to do the job & they finished before the time advised. They cleaned up after themselves. The two installers were polite at all times. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace a furnace.

We had a problem with our furnace running but not circulating the hot air throughout the house. The service tech Kevin was dispatched to search out the problem which was found to be a faulty main board. He undertook to search out the required part keeping us appraised of his progress. In order to minimize our inconvenience of not having any heat in the house he got up extra early one morning to pick up the part from the supplier and called us to set up a visit ASAP. AS advised he subsequently returned a few weeks later to test for any gas leaks and make sure we were not experiencing any further problems.

We found Kevin to be very pleasant and professional making every effort to satisfy the customer with as little inconvenience as possible. He is definately an asset to Best Heating and we would definately request him if we have any problems in the future and will be recommending him to any of our friends who have furnace problems.

Saw the ad in a flyer. Got the quote and went ahead with new high efficiency furnace and water heater. Very hard working installers. Came back as soon as we called about a kink in one of the water tubes. Sue in the office is very patient and helpful. Would recommend Best Heating to friends because of the customer service.

I saw the ad and called them for a new furnace. From the home visit to the installation it took only a week. The installer was very knowledgeable and worked until he completed the project way past 10:00 pm. The Office was very helpful all the way including the Fortis Grant application. I had Best Heating come over to do a furnace cleaning in September, the service tech they sent was on time, very courteous and throughly explained all the issues with our 35 year old furnace. I knew previously that our old furnace was in need of replacing. I had several quotes from other heating companies. After dealing with Best Heating for my furnace cleaning, I ask them for a quote on a new furnace. Their quote was very competitive, had all the work to be delivered in detail. I was so impressed with the furnace quote I asked them replace the hot water tank too. On the day of install the crew showed up on time. Did a complete review of the work to be preformed before starting the install. They performed the work professionally and with precise detail. They cleaned up everything and took the old furnace and hot water away. I was amazed!!!

Best heating called to offer deal on furnace inspection. I agreed as the last service was 1996. Inspector arrived on time and completed a comprehensive report on furnace condition and all of my options. No pressure and good explanation of how to proceed with collecting rebates available from various parties. New furnace installed week after along with Hot water tank and I was very happy with installers and their excellent work. I am recommending Best Heating to all my friends.

After an exposé I saw on CTV informing me of heating companies in the lower mainland, and we know there are many, I thought it'd be best to search the better business bureau for a qualified company to maintain my furnace. After receiving a phone call one evening from a lovely man, who more than answered my questions, I thought an A rated company calling me to do my service at an affordable price it's about time. I'd recommend best heating to anyone who needs help.

I found a great deal for my annual service on livingsocial from Best Heating. When I called the office the staff was extremely courteous and helped find an appointment I was comfortable with. The technician showed up close enough to our scheduled time that I didn't even mind! Once the service was done and the technician had answered what must have seemed like a thousand questions from me I was pleased to see no surprises on my bill and to have a perfectly running furnace! Best Heating is definitely top of my list for years to come!
