Very satisfied with cleaning. I have 3 small childrens and I was worried about toxic chemical. Green Sense only used eco friendly product on our new house. It smelt fresh and didn't have that chemical sent.

I would definitely recommend Green Sense Cleaning. Recently got a Post Construction Cleaning done and was very impressed with the service. Professional and affordable. Main thing was my Wife had bad allergies to some cleaning chemical and they used all Eco -Friendly product, which we loved! I have no complaints about this company and will pass the name around.

This review is a little late but I booked a move-out cleaning for my downtown apartment on Tues Nov. 27, 2012. The cleaning services provided were ok but certainly not the best. During my move out inspection, my landlord said the bathroom (specifically toilet bowl and bathroom sink) were not cleaned sufficiently. Even my own personal inspection wouldn’t call the overall cleaning job “great.” When I called Greensense to complain (since they have a “100% Satisfaction Guarantee”) they said they thought they were permanent stains. I can attest from my own previous cleaning of the apartment, that they were not permanent stains. They said they could try to return the next day to go over it again. This would result in a major inconvenience for me of having to return to the apartment a second time to let them in, and then returning a third time to perform a second move-out inspection. They never showed up the following day to perform this cleaning and when I called to inquire, my calls were never returned. My landlord ended up charging me $30 off my damage deposit for additional cleaning required. I was not pleased at all and would not recommend hiring them. Furthermore, they are not very customer service orientated and you can often have trouble getting in contact with them or getting a call back.

My wife and I called Green Sense in need of a move out cleaning. We called last minuet and where able to book an appointment for the next day.

Very impressed with the cleaning service they provided. Landlord returned all of our damage deposit. House looked new again.

If you are looking for a thorough move out cleaning I would high recommended these guys.

First made an appointment at 6 pm. Did not show up, did not call. Waited for an hour. Finally got a hold of him at 8 pm, said he was sorry, told me he will be there in an hour. Ok sure, I get that you're busy and will be late. Did not show up again, and said to reschedule for tomorrow at 6 pm... Fine, I needed his service so rescheduled for tomorrow at 6 pm. Wait waited... guess what?? Did not show again!!! Did not even call!! Guy doesn't care. TERRIBLE!!!
