i left my car for a week...i asked them to leave my key at sales since they will be closed by the time im finished work.

i show up at the lot with all my doors unlocked, a mark on my car and 2 items missing from my vehicle.

not only this but they didnt even leave my keys at sales as requested so i can leave with my dignity

I brought my minivan for over 4 weeks keep promising to get it back, but still not done until now damage is rear door/glass bumper and lights, promising to get it back for the past 2 weeks and still not done I hope when I get done everything is fine then will see how they workmanship. wish me luck. promise again because someone need to pay my rental for Extension.

I brought my car in two times recently related two separate incidents. The first time the removal and change of part was required. Thanks for the appraiser Kelly with her proficient knowledge and well scheduled arrangement, my car got fixed according to the schedule in timely fashion. Regarding the price, even the other party in fault who made the payment said that it was reasonable. The second one only involved with minor scratches that happened last week. Thanks for the appraiser Lorne, he even provided me a service of polishing of the scratched area without charging me anything. I could tell that the appraisers there always help the customers to save money as much as they could.

I would strongly recommend this body shop to everyone who is looking for a reliable service with reasonable price to have your car fixed whether the damage is big or small.

my wife got into a collision and it was recommended by TD to bring the car there.

Accident happened on 30Oct2014.
Car was brought in on 31Oct2014.

Picked up the car on 26Nov2014.

The walk around was bullshit, they handed me my keys and said off you go.

Didn't say squat about what was done.

They fixed everything in the exterior to make all nice and shiny.

I asked if they checked the suspension, armbar, and ball joints due to the nature of the accident. The guy named Vince looked like surprised that I had asked.

I took it for a test drive and what do you know; the car is pulling to the right.

They took the car to Toyota service to have an alignment done, but didn't say anything else.

They left all the small broken parts and broken glass inside the car. It made me think some one was squatting in the car.

All the dirt and oil is stained into the carpet.

All the hard plastic for the new parts either have a cut, scratch, bumped (turned white), or stained with oil.

I went out the same night with the car and realized the driver side power options on the left arm rest are flashing and are not functioning.

The child safety locks for the driver side passenger door wasn't working. My kid managed to open the door with the car in motion.

I've left a message with the estimator K. Avery around 630pm 26Nov2014. No response yet.

I called CSN Brimell @ 9am on 27Nov2014 and spoke with the receptionist and I explained the situation. I was told to bring the car back in and speak with the ower/manager Richard.

I have left a phone message with TD wishing to file a complaint. For $15K in repairs, this is ridiculous.

To be updated once I bring the car back to CSN Brimell.
