Had already done an internet review - visited and purchased the vacuum from"Vacuum Appliance Warehouse" where we had excellent service and advise! The Sales Representative (Max) was knowledgeable & helpful -gave us a review of the units that he recommende for our specific needs; provided us with a demonstration of each unit we were interested in. There was no hard sell. We highly recommend this particular distributor!
