Best place I've never been to. Bought a few things online and price was already great. Meredith and the staff were amazing. So why I can't give a 6 star? The product came and it was the wrong one. Not being in Toronto makes the free shipping great but with the exchange for the right product. That made an issue. Nope. Not with wooftown. They drove themselves down and brought the right product. Come on!!
Highly recommend.

The groomers are really great with nervous dogs! My dog hates getting his nails cut but he’s less nervous to go in every time so I know he’s being treated very well. We usually have Haley but have gotten other groomers here that are also great.

We’ve been ordering dog food deliveries from this company for some time and have always had a great experience. Recently, there was an issue with a very late delivery, and the store handled the matter extremely professionally and promptly. They took the concern seriously, followed up thoroughly, and kept us informed throughout the process. Excellent customer service and accountability — it’s clear they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend!

Yukari groomed my 2 cavaliers and did an amazing job!!! She was kind and very friendly with the dogs. She did exactly what I had asked her to do. 2 thumbs up!!

I have made a purchase with them a few times no issues. This time I order and no delivery for 5 days. I called them. Poor customer service they say we try to send it today and was rude. Well guess what you loose my business. You can’t keep your promise of delivering within 48 hours and that is the whole point of this shop for me. I will go to my local store from now on. Poor service

Amazing service !!!

This was my first time using Wooftown in a few years and they did not disappoint...

My dogs were running low on food and the local stores here didn't carry the right food and would take days to a week to deliver. I went online, ordered the food on the Wooftown website and it was delivered the next day... Now THATS service.!!

Highly recommend this store, their website and the fast service of delivery...

We just moving to Toronto and want to find a nice place for grooming! Wooftown is the best choice and Haley is the best groomer I ever met! She did a good hair cut for my dog and she’s really nice :) definitely give out a 5/5 for this place. Their store has everything I want with good service!
