After getting my poodles groomed and paying a 20$ tip for 2 full grooms, I arrived home happy and very satisfied. 2 days later I noticed one dog rubbing his ear. I looked in their ears. One had perfect clean ears. One had not had anything groomed in his ears.I looked and called. She said someone has to holdhim because he tried to bite. He is a big baby. I looked further and he had severe ear infection. A huge black plug of wax and a $250 trip to the vet for more treatment. Bleeding and infected. WHY except a $20 tip and say nothing. How fair is that. She also cut his nails and had to use blood stop. He usually falls asleep while he is being groomed. I paid $200 for the 2 dogs. Both dogs had razorburn on their groin area.
