We needed to renew our mortgage and wanted to get rid of some high interest credit cards at the same time. Justin was very helpful in explaining our options and helped us to get it done quickly since we had let the renewal lapse and were on month to month (the month to month rate was astronomical). We had been working with another broker before him who was unable to find a product that fixed our situation, and that broker had us jumping through hoops for paperwork, all with no solution up front. Justin recommended a product for us, and had us started with the application in no time.
I was pleasantly surprised that I could do all of the forms online and didn't have to arrange time off work during the day to complete everything. When I ran into some trouble using the online forms Justin was patient with me and assisted until I understood what needed to happen. He recommended a lawyer for us to use that gave us an excellent rate as well.
I'm very pleased with the professional and understanding manner in which we were treated, and the assistance we were given in the process. Justin found a mortgage product that was exactly what we needed, where my previous mortgage broker had done nothing but create extra work for me.
I would highly recommend the Mortgage Emporium. I think you get what you give - we were respectful and Justin was empathetic and respectful to us. Thanks for helping us when we needed it so desperately.

Saw their ad on couple sites so I checked him out - Called the bulding where his office is and they tol dme it was just a virtual office that he does not actually work there - So I checked him out online and came across reviews - Obvious he created most of the positive reviews himself as none of the names seem to exist - Reviews on n49 the people who wrote them are fake profiles or lack of - Went to another area broker who knows him and said lucky for me I did not use him.

I was thinking of choosing this company as I'm looking for a good rate on my mortgage, but after seeing the grammatical errors in Justin's response to the negative review I'm going elsewhere. Set aside him having an aggressive response, which shows little customer service acumen, and set your focus to his statement: "your claim make little to know sense to me..." What he meant to say is that it "makes/made little to NO sense to me..." If a professional mortgage broker does not know the difference between "know" and "no" how can one trust his competency in dealing with the biggest investment of their life?

Used these guys as their rate was the lowest advertised. I got the rate they said but somewhat document heavy. Worth it in the end.
