My experience with Canadian Choice Windows & Doors has been nothing short of a disaster. We shelled out a whopping $16.4k for window replacement last year, and it's safe to say we got far less than we paid for.

Firstly, they managed to deliver two incorrectly sized windows, and they conveniently forgot to include window trim on three others. When we asked them to fix these glaring errors, they had the nerve to demand payment before completing the job. Their behavior was not only unprofessional but borderline extortion.

Their customer service and sales teams were equally appalling. They had a knack for not returning phone calls, as if customer satisfaction wasn't a priority for them.

Now, as we're gearing up to do some siding work on our house, we've discovered that three of the windows they installed aren't positioned correctly to accommodate the siding. Despite clearly communicating our plans to add strapping and siding, they're now refusing to take responsibility for their oversight. And they did so in the rudest manner possible.

In summary, I wouldn't recommend Canadian Choice Windows & Doors to anyone. Their 25-year warranty is a complete joke. If you value your money, time, and sanity, look elsewhere for your window and door needs. This company's incompetence, terrible customer service, and lack of professionalism make them a nightmare to deal with. Avoid them at all costs.

I needed a few replacement vinyl windows so a buddy of mine recommended I look into Canadian Choice Windows. I had a specific look mind and I was wary that this place wouldn't suit but they did. Their level of customer service also blew me out of the water. I got two replacements instead of one, and stored the second one for a rainy day. Great company!

I needed a quote on a couple of new windows. I contacted Canadian Choice Windows and they got back to me immediately. They provided great service by helping me select all the windows. The installation was good too.

CCW tops my list of Central AB businesses I'd hesitate to ever select again, and I do not think highly of Red Deer contractors overall, customer service seems severely lacking. Even when you ask for an estimate from CCW and are promised a date for 2nd step (pre-installation), you may be left high and dry. Actual installation seems sufficient....if they arrive.

It’s hard to find exactly what you’re looking for when it comes to home renovations in Westmount. Canadian Choice Windows did it for me. I was looking for the quintessential bay window to put into my living room and I found just that on their site. Amazing product.

We enquired about vinyl windows for our home and after gathering quite a few estimates Canadian Choice windows definitely won our business. They had the best price and we really like the quality of the new windows. Installation was a breeze, finished 42 windows in one weekend ! Great job Vlad and Simon our home really feels a lot warmer and super quiet .
I hope you guys give me a good deal on my moms house!

We had windows and trim installed by Canadian Choice Windows & Doors (in Edmonton) on March 21st and 22nd, 2014. There was one window missing at the time of installation and I was told we would hear from the office on Monday, March 24th. We did not hear from them. The trim around the windows in the front room is poorly installed. It bows out, is not even and is not sealed against the wall. This should be fixed. We mentioned the issues with the trim to the installers, but they brushed us off and said our walls were uneven. We have since taken pictures as proof its not the walls and I have emailed these pictures to an email address the company provided me for their warranty department. I have had no response to my email. One of our basement windows was not sealed on the outside. Since March 21st, we have called the office numerous times, left messages and we sent that email with pictures to their warranty department. We have had absolutely no response. All of my concerns (missing window, etc.) were noted on forms the installers provided me on March 22nd. I have copies of these forms and my notes. We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Edmonton and are waiting now to hear from the company. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I don't understand how they can't return a phone call or respond to an email. We've paid for work that's not complete.

We installed double hung windows and patio doors by Canadian Choice windows. They were referred by our neighbour because they really spent a lot of time discussing every little detail how the windows will open ,what's the difference between the windows and the warranties. Instead of just rushing through and giving us a price without knowing anything.
The windows arrived pretty quick.
They were good about setting up an install right away. I really liked how professional the installation was and clean up was amazing.

All of our main floor & 2nd floor windows were replaced by Canadian Choice, and we are so glad we chose this company! Peter was our sales rep and he was very knowledgable, courteous & honest with his recommendations, which saved us money but gave us the quality we were really looking for. Sasha, and another coworker installed the windows in 2 days. They worked very hard, taking few breaks and cleaning up after the job. We were very impressed with their work ethic and polite manner. I was also impressed with the company's warranty on their windows, parts & service, which definitely could not be matched. Thankyou again Choice Windows for outstanding service & high quality products!
