My wife and I did all the research online, printed off all the listings that interested us, and went "Looking"
Cam Clark had the most listings to match what we wanted. We went in, handed the listings to Ed, he came back with a plate and keys. Long story short we bought a truck and the service so far has been stellar. There was no pressure at all and the finance guy Phil was a riot to deal with. These guys know their stuff and made the process painless.

Now My wife is the proud mother of a 2014 F150 that I never get to drive :)

Went to Cam Clark to renegotiate my lease in October. I always deal with Natalie at Cam Clark Airdrie. She worked out the best deal possible for me and I signed a new lease at 0%! I am extremely happy dealing with Cam Clark ford. Always friendly staff ready to help you. A++ Go see Natalie!!

Went in fully expecting to complete a purchase of a used F-150 truck.. but due to the awesome work of the Finance Manager, was approved for a new F-150. I knew my credit was tough after going through divorce and was preparing to pay cash on a used truck but with some creative financing, was able to go 0% on a lease and keep my cash to payout my Creditors Proposal. Which gets me on the road to re-establishing my credit faster.

I had a mixed experience at the dealership. When I arrived to test drive the vehicle it turned out it had hail damage that I hadn't been made aware of before coming to see it. I had a good experience with my sales person, I felt he went above and beyond to try and make sure my concerns were addressed, to show me the vehicle, and work out a deal. He also did an excellent job explaining the technical aspects of the vehicle and explaining the different features in the different years. Unfortunately I did not have a great experience dealing with the finance department and the pressure sales techniques for upgrades. It was very stressful, and I wasn't given any privacy to make calls and consult a family member. When I turned down the extras there was a distinct shift in tone and way I was treated by the finance person. In the future I would look into arranging my own financing in order to avoid dealing with this aspect of the dealership. My vehicle pick up was also delayed (I found out the night before my scheduled pick up that the vehicle wasn't ready) and they did not register the vehicle and get me a license plate (or let me know they weren't getting one) as was the plan. This meant that after finally getting the vehicle, I then had to wait until the next week until I could go to the registry office and get a plate. I appreciated the efforts of my sales person to remedy the various issues, but they still added a great deal of frustration to what I thought was going to be a pretty easy seamless experience.

So far love my 150. A very pleasant experience to deal with Kahn and Bryan.I have dealt with Kahn before.One thing about my truck there is nothing on it stating that I bought the truck at Camclark Airdrie .First time this has ever happened to me.Usherly the dealers like to have there name on the truck.Hope the truck works as good as it looks.
