STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC! We took our 2 month old alapaha blue blood bulldog puppy in there today to have his ears cropped (this clinic was recommended to us by our main vet) after multiple tests to see if he qualified for the surgery he was cleared and ready to go. This puppy was PERFECTLY HEALTHY. We dropped him off early in the day and were told we would be called when surgery was done. Around 4 we received a call from the hospital telling us that our 2 month old puppy had died. "The surgery went well, his ears looked great, but when we tried to revive him awake, his heart stopped." We signed a waiver before surgery but nowhere on the form or in person were we told that death was a risk in a surgery for ear cropping. We are absolutely devastated. How does a puppies heart stop after an ear surgery? Too much anesthesia? If that's the case, these people shouldn't be working with people's animals at all. They suggested a heart issue but if that was a risk factor for the surgery, they should have done a test for that along with the others that they did. Receiving our money back is no constellation for the loss of our puppy.

The staff have proven inefficient on 2 visits.
Firstly they had my dog vaccinated for rabies again, without confirming with my previous vet.
Had they done so as I specifically requested them to confirm, they would have found that my dog already had her rabies shot.
Secondly I had an appointment booked with them. I get there on time. The office seemed like it was in chaos and I had to wait 15 minutes without being acknowledged. My dog and I were simply ignored as if we didn't exist. Shameful service, which is why I have titled this review.
But in all fairness I must say that my dog had the best grooming in her 7 years by the groomer Izabella.
