We are almost one year past the promised completion date and although finally allowed to move in.. we land up having to let workers in to do some repairs....still not finished inside or out. Big mess and we have to be ready to move our furniture and leave when someone is coming (or they do not show up) to do things. At our age...we did not think this is what this would turn into. The place is an embarrassment inside and out and don't want to let anyone see it. Everyone there is saying not my job and passing you on to someone else (who doesn't get back to you) and they do not care about you...they have your money! In speaking to neighbors....we find that this has been going on for years.

This company is the worst company to deal with. On the day of closing you must pay the remaining owing the get the walk through. There are so many deficiencies and it takes them over a year to finish. I moved in nov. 2017 and my home isn't done being painted.

Homes are poor quality. Their trim and paint crack within a couple years. Foundations are not packed properly and house shifting can cause damage quickly. The management is dishonest and sellers push for money but take over a year after turn over date to complete home. Deficiencies are constantly uncovered and undealt with. This company is not honest and not trustworthy.
