Cornelia, the manager at the Bales location, was very helpful from the first meeting, explaining all of the storage options. She continued to be very accessible and quick to respond to any emails or phone calls. The location is well maintained and clean and pricing is very competitive.

Cornelia was extremely helpful in guiding me through the storage rental process. She was informative, helpful, & super friendly. I would definitely recommend this facility to a friend that’s in need of some storage space

Absolutely amazing! 20mins before close and we were helped and not pushed away and told to come another day. Fast and efficient and we didnt feel like just another payday to them.
Cornelia is absolutely amazing! She makes this place great! Best customer service BY FAR!
Prices are great. Units are just what we needed. Feel more confident with this location than others weve used before.
Update Sept 11:
If I could give this Apple Storage a 10star I would! The lady running the place goes above and beyond for her tenants!

I've been putting up with rent increases at this location for the past 3 years. This last increase under the new ownership cost me an extra $100 a month! It's a clean storage facility but it's really not worth it when I can get the same unit just down the road for half the price. Sorry I will not be storing with you guys anymore, this is ridiculous.

Stephanie was an absolute treat to deal with. Her customers services skills are incredible. I give her a 10 star ⭐️ rating all day long

Brad at the office is amazing too he was super helpful and very knowledgeable. 10 stars ⭐️ for him and my storage. The 24 access made the process of moving very easy.

My wife and I had an amazing experience at this location. The owner, Cornela is so pleasant, helpful and does a great job in managing this business.
We had a climate-controlled unit for approx. 5 months and the corridor and halls we're spotless on every visit we made. Clean, secure and efficient. Most importantly, there was always a dolly available to use for our things.
Thanks again for the wonderful service and great experience.

Great customer service. Easy access to my belongings while I used their storage facility. I felt my stuff was safe and secure and the unit looked the same from day 1 of storage to over 3 months later. Nothing shifted , the unit was sealed tightly. Highly recommend.

Stored my things here for three years. Staff were always friendly, property was always clean, well lit and all facets always worked.

Never had any issue getting into or out of the property and zero problems with the unit where my belongings were stored.

Management were quick to respond to emails and voice mails and rapidly acted on any issues they deemed a security risk.

Apple made it so easy to get into a unit! Then coming and going was great! The unit was clean, door and lock procedure was a breeze. The staff was always there to help and were very courteous. I would recommend to anyone who needs a storage unit for a short term or a long term. Apple Storage is also perfect for small business owners who have an on going storage need for their business.

Great company!
Thanks

I highly recommend using this company. The service is excellent and all staff members are a joy to deal with. They are all very pro active in arranging the appropriate Storage unit and square footage needed. Even being put on a waiting list the staff keeps you up to date an informed as much as possible as to when units may be available.
The units are clean, well maintained and are all very easy access. Most important I feel very comfortable having my goods stored in a safe and monitored unit.

I am so pleased and happy to share my experiences and thank you Apple Self Storage.
