I'm a 40 year old general contractor, on my feet in heavy boots all day -- my wife got tired of my complaints about the pain my feet, ankles, knees and leg muscles were in. I had accepted it as part of life. She booked my appointment. The doctor (George) was thorough, polite, discussed my needs, examined my gait, explained all the things that were collapsing, widening, and otherwise generally failing on me from the hips down, and how my feet were the source. Within days of wearing the prescribed and custom made orthotics, the pain was gone, my energy was back.

Things to know:
-Wear the orthotics all the time! I notice a difference if I spend a day without them (like today, which is what prompted my to write a review)
-The orthotics (real ones, from anywhere) are not cheap. It's easy to balk at the cost at first, but damn, in retrospect, they're worth every penny and I plan to get a 2nd pair made so I don't have to swap them every time I change shoes.

Highly highly recommend this doctor. I am a Marathon runner and was suffering from excruciating foot and ankle pain. Dr. Panagiotopoulos was able to get me back on my feet right away and start running once again..which i love doing each and every day. Great staff and clean office. I drove from Uxbridge ON to see him..which was beyond worth it. I would recommend him to anybody that suffers from foot pain.
