Alpine animal hospital in Winnipeg seems to think they can do whatever they want including talking you up to more costly procedures. If you complain or challenge the partners they will tell you to take your pet somewhere else using the reason that there is no longer the trust relationship between the client and business when in fact the business created that lack of trust.
