As a first time cat owner, I was a little nervous going into the first appointment. I had many questions and wasn’t too sure what to expect. I met with a courteous front reception, who made me feel welcomed right from the start. Dr. P did a thorough check of my cat, and took the time to make sure all my questions and concerns were addressed before the end of the appointment. Very reassuring, overall great experience
