AWM ALLIANCE and NLD CONSULTING are colluding to defraud unsuspecting strata lot owners with worthless Deprecation Reports. What's not being made public on either ones website is that Terry Dowle and Douglas Niemi from NLD CONSULTING hold brokerage licenses with AWM ALLIANCE. This is a HUGE conflict of interest. So if you are looking to buy a strata type home in B.C. there are 2 questions you need to ask your REAL ESTATE agent. 1. Who's the management company. 2. Who prepared the Deprecation Reports if AWM ALLIANCE and NLD CONSULTING come up it would be in your best interest to walk away.
