Have been going here for a couple of years now. We've always found everyone to be very nice and have always been happy with our cuts, styles and dyes. Heather is the best! She does everyone in the household and we've been very happy.

Highly recommended (but to be fair to the other reviewer, we haven't experienced a keratin treatment)

Fossa Hair Studio is awful. I have never had such a bad experience in my life. I have been getting keratin treatments done (elsewhere) for years. My experience at Fossa getting Keratin treatments was the worst! The stylist, Lauren, had no idea how to do a keratin treatment properly, and to make matters worse, she was incredibly rude! The treatment did not work, and the owner of the salon, who was also super rude, refused to fix it or refund it.

I feel robbed, my hair is ruined. This place is the worst.
