Booked appointment went for a test drive and bought a Kia soul. Salesman was new but his co-workers assisted him accordingly. Good trade in price for my car and good price given for winter tires, paint sealant and undercoating. Was a painless experience and would buy again from this dealership.

Just purchased my new 2013 Kia Soul from Sherwood Kia. What an amazing experience. We went there one day and test drove. I was trying to decide between the Soul and a Civic so didn't spend much time there. Two days later I finally decided on the Soul. Since Sherwood Kia didn't have the color I was looking for we decided to drive an hour to another dealership. That was a horrible experience on many different levels. On our way home we decided to stop by Sherwood Kia again to see if the color I wanted was coming in soon. The salesman spoke to his manager and they ordered it on the spot. They gave us a great deal without even asking for it. And no, it wasn't the end of the month. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was friendly, nice, fun, and professional. Even the finance guy was easy to deal with. No pressure for anything. The whole process was quick but not rushed. And it was the end of the day on Saturday. If you need a new or used car you need to go to Sherwood.

My husband and I have always bought Dodge...Which has been almost 20 years now. I thought we should just try another type of vehicle, We are Proud to say that Sherwood Kia was an Awesome Choice. Every Person that works there ,Work as a Team....All the Departments we dealt with were so Accommodating. The Finance worker was Fantastic, She had a Fantastic Personality... We all know that it is the Finance People who see all your personal information .

A Hugh reason as to why we chose Kia ,Was there Safety Features are Impeccable , We have a 15 yr old Daughter.. I feel very Calm and as much at peace as a mother can be when it comes to our Children driving.... However with all the Safety Features that come with Any of the KIA Vehicles, I know I can rest more easy knowing how SAFE she is regardless if she is Driving or is a Passenger.... :)

I have been taking my Sedona to Sherwood Kia for the last 5 years and LOVE their service dept.. So, buying my next Kia from them was only logical. My hubby and I bought 2 cars from them in the same month, and had an awesome experience with Jerome. AND, free oil changes/rotations for life come with it! My Mom sold cars for many years and I know a thing or two about shady dealerships. Sherwood Kia is a class operation and they strive to provide excellent customer service!

We purchased our new Sportage from Armin Scheewe at Sherwood Kia Edmonton.... Let me start by saying , My Husband and I Never thought about Ever Buying a Kia. Armin went Far and Above what We would expect from any dealer..He was Understanding to our Every Need..Listen to what our Concerns were. I am pretty sure Armin came into work on his day off just to be there to Help with any other Questions we might have. Our experience was Definitely a Great one.

I stepped into Sherwood Kia and it was so nice and clean like I was a celebrity walking on red carpet. I really enjoyed my visit here to Sherwood, the salespeople were really nice, helpful and explained everything well. I will definitely recommend them to any one!

We were in the market to purchase a 2011 Kia SOUL SX. We chatted with 4 different Kia dealerships - 3 in Calgary where we live and Sherwood Park Kia. We emailed the Sherwood Park dealership to inquire about stock and replied to by Kayla who went out of her way to make us happy and showed the best customer service we have seen in a LONG time. We purchased our SOUL unseen over the phone and drove up to Sherwood Park the next day to pick it up. We certainly were not disappointed! Although we did run into one issue with the remote started we'd had installed we were handled professionally, efficiently and respectfully which was appreciated, Well done, our many thanks to you and the wonderful team at Sherwood Park Kia!!
