I feel stupid trusting this company as it appeared to be 'Canadian' and had existed for some years. I should have checked online reviews first. My complaints are the common ones - item not exactly as described on the website (this item does NOT come with the electric plug as advertised on the site), instructions did not arrive with the unit (which were very poor when I did receive them on request - I am still not sure how to insert the micro SD card in the too-large slot), no response (months now) to my numerous email requests on how to return the item, and the company apparently does not have a telephone number or viable address.

No manual included in the package - seems like common complaint. No customer service whatsoever. Your phone calls and e-mails will never be returned. Please do not give them your money.
