I have used the services of Sterling Electrical twice recently. The most recent issue was a plug and light that both went dead after using a carpet steamer upstairs.

For those who have issues with service people not showing up on time, or saying they will be there some time on any paricular day, then having to plan a whole day around your service person, Bill from Sterling Electrical arrived promptly on time, and exactly when he said he would. (Actually 10 minutes early).

He was polite and professional his entire time troubleshooting my eletrical problem. He had no issue crawling up in the attic to quickly determine where the fault was. He also had an impressive collection of diagnostic equipment to quickly determine a course of action.

He explained everthing he did in detail while he was at my house.

I am obviously recommending Sterling Electrical for any household electrical issues. 5 stars for sure!
