I have been a customer of Car Medics for quite a few years now & have nothing but praise for their awesome customer service.
I admit at times the bill has been more than I anticipated. However, any concerns I have had have always been explained in detail & they do back anything they do.
An added plus in todays anonymous age, I'm always greeted by name when I walk through the door & looked after right away.

3.5 years ago I spent $1670.00 on an exhaust job at this Car Medic, last weekend I spent $980.00 on the exact same work at Canadian Tire.

Their Diagnosis charges are too high compare to midas or canadian tire. Also, their repair didn't last a week.

As we were getting our trailer ready last summer, we noticed a flat tire at the very last minute. While the local Canadian Tire said that it would take over 3 hours to fix, Car Medics got it in and done right away. I left there with a really good first impression. When it came time to buy new snow tires, I emailed Car Medics and there were responsive, professional and helpful in getting a manufacturer rebate. We are very impressed and will be switching to Cart Medics for our servicing needs.
