I hadn’t been to my cottage since last year and when I walked inside I could smell a faint but unmistakable rot. We found the mold infestation in a handful of places and I had to call Air Detectives to come over ASAP to resolve the problem. I had used them successfully once before. They thoroughly explain the mold procedure and the price of the job. For the second time, they left me impressed. I would definitely use their services again in the future but hopefully won't have to!

My family sold our house and we asked Air Detectives to do an accurate air quality mold report. The buyers were very impressed by the reports and it really helped us with the sale. Everyone wants to make sure their new home is going to be free of mold, asbestos and any other problems and it shows the seller has done their due diligence.

We had to use Air Detectives for a mould issue in the basement. I just wanted to say that at the six month mark nothing has returned. The extra work you did sealing some of the cracks and whatnot has worked like a charm. There's a major reduction in moisture in the basement. Great stuff team!

Our new restaurant opened last fall and needed the standard health and safety inspection. Although not entirely sure, we were told the downstairs insulation was just the right age and material to likely have asbestos and were advised to remove it. Air Detectives proved efficient, fast in getting the work done, and reasonably affordable (no one in this industry qualifies as cheap). Upon the second health inspection we passed and were on our way to opening. Thanks for helping that happen.

I'm a recreation manager at a downtown hotel (which shall remain nameless) and have quite an area to keep clean and tidy. A guest complained about a faint, unpleasant smell in the pool and sauna area. Sure enough we turned up mold.

I had health inspectors come into my new restaurant in August. Everything went well until they asked if an asbestos test had ever been done. Apparently, the building age fell smack in the prime asbestos use period. But I had no record of a test.

Air Detectives did both testing and removal unlike some who just do one or the other. The price was fair and they were easy to talk to. The whole thing held up the grand opening by only a couple of days and we're now health and safety certified. Thank you Air Detectives for coming to my rescue.

My basement was filled with mold, a problem that had been getting worse over a few years but become unmistakable this spring. We called Air Detective to come over to fix the problem in late May. We found them most appealing because they cover everything from testing to removal and seemed the most responsive when we reached out. They did the testing and explained the extent of the problem.

We called for an inspection at our house and they ran some sample tests to find out the extent of our problem. They did an amazing job at removing the asbestos from our attic and did not bother our tenants and neighbors. I really appreciated their professionalism.
