Trevor the lead boss plumber very helpful replied at once when I call or text him excellent customer service even week end doesnt ignore our plumbing sump concern relocation in our area very polite which is seldom now a days 😀👍Highly Recommend this guy asset to your company and also HARJAPJIT he is very polite I am happy that no mess after they did the job in our basement with his co worker Lovekeran last june 19 2025 😀 -Thanks -ANA -Ganymede Drive Burnaby @Simon Fraser Village

Hey folks, Word to the wise do not use this company. They will initiate work, string out The project, and then charge you extra money for additional quality control and follow ups that you inevitably will have as a a result of poor craftsmanship. Find a local plumber closer to you rather than this organization.

Charge exorbitantly (over $1500) for a simple job (changing a faucet) that I can do it myself in half an hour. A business with no conscience. Didn't quote first or inform me of the charge. Just did it without permission and billed it to the strata. I received the bill almost a year after the job was done. Monkey and fishy business.

I doubt this company's reliability and credibility. They didn’t correspond well with me about the service, but accused me of communication failure without any ground. Secondly, the job they did is indeed one-hour job, but claimed four hours for cutting an ugly hole.
