I had a horrible experience at this dealership. They changed their name to Subaru Metropolitain, but it's the same crap. I bought a Toyota Corolla 2016 from them, that stopped working the same day as there was a missing bolt on the brake caliper, which could have led me to dying as only one brake as working. This car was in theory verified. When I went there to get my money back and confronted them, they refused. The seller said that the cold had taken a clip out of the caliper, the manager (who refused to give me anything) said it was too tight, and then came the official mechanic saying there was a missing bolt (which he later admitted on a written paper). Don't trust these people, they're evil, and they might get you killed. They lie through their teeth, and they'd rather go to court than taking responsibility for their lies and bad business practice. They're nothing more than scammers. Be careful out there. It's also hard to find them to post reviews, as they changed their name, but it's the same address. Watch out, don't trust their verification and let everyone you know know of their scam. Since it's too expensive to go to court, I have no choice other than taking the L.

Terrible experience. Wasted months of negotiating a purchase price and options. The dealership reneged on the deal hours before delivery with no satisfactory alternatives. They actually offered another vehicle for $8,000 more as an alternative! So, don't waste your time with this dealership. They can't be trusted, including the head salesperson who won't give you the time of day unless it is in "his" best interests. Also, they did not return the deposit for over 3 months! I have heard good things about the Subaru dealerships near Decarie or off-island. I'd opt for one of those next time.
