Now, the dealership is undergoing an extreme, $3-million makeover. <p> The idea of a new building had been considered for some time and, with the addition of a Fiat franchise in 2011, the timing seemed right. <p> "If there wasn't a future here, we shouldn't be spending $3 million on this new building," says Kris Rams, the dealership's 33-year-old vice-president and general manager.
