I went to Planet Ford with my 2013 F150 i put a 110 k on it over three and a half years and I ended up coming home with a 2016 Lariat F150. The service was excellent PK got my heart he's a great guy he set everything up I didn't have to pay a penny It was like an exchange on the spot my payment was the same. thank you Planet Ford

Was there Bright and early only waited a few Min and was seen right away and was helped out greatly got a new f150 with just what we asked for nothing more or less than what we set out for had a bit of trouble with the color but got the next best one they had it ready by the next day and even let the decal Guy in a bay to put them on will never go to any other ford place they just seem to go right out of their way to get everything you need done in a fast and friendly Fashion our deal Sunny was absolutely The best man for the job he even stayed late both nights just to make sure we were happy about everything which is going way and above his call of duty Thank you Sunny

I travelled 1500km to trade in my 2011 and purchase a 2016. Well worth it. Planet Ford had a great vehicle in stock and the end of the model year price combined with the Black Friday incentive made an excellent deal. Bought my Escape here a year ago. Great sales staff. Have had all of my oil changes/new filiters done here. Work completed on time. Price was $39.95 but most recent price cranked to $51.95 with no notice. No longer a deal. I will be going back to the mechanics that took care of my previous car.
I am rating it at 3/5 based only on the price.

When we went into ford LAST WEEK..it was to purchase our first car in Canada! We had been to so many different car places before!..(exploring our options ofcourse) ..but!..
When compared to all the places we have been..for me, the staff and service received at planet Ford At Brampton auto mall..beat back all the rest! Our friendly, honest and thorough sales person Matè and his manager Rishi were exceptional in providing us with the information needed to make the best choice for the requests that we had..Matè handled everything for us from start to finish and made the process super easy for us!..we (my husband and i) feel truly blessed to have come across such a dedicated and honest sales person!...we even want to say thank you to sunny who kept us company when matè could not be there and gave us exceptional advice..at no point in time did we feel pressured to purchase at Ford..and we will definitely be returning there in the near future to purchase again!..not only because of the quality vehicles..but mainly because of the staff that seem to work together like a family!
