Searching for the perfect urn online can be very difficult. Some sites are not even in Canada. At the time when you are overcome with grief, you do not need the added stress. I found the perfect urn online at Casket Depot! And I was very pleasantly surprised when I saw that it was local. I was a bit concerned about the colour of the urn, because online may not give true colour. The lovely lady who I spoke to at Casket Depot put my mind at ease by texting me a picture. Immediately I knew it was the one. They would have sent it with free shipping and it would likely have been received in time. But just to be on the safe side we picked it up. It was packaged and ready when we got there. No hassle, no problems. It was truly a pleasure doing business with them. When everything else around that time seemed so difficult, it was refreshing to do business with them with such ease.

My parents prearranged their funeral 8 years ago. As part of this planning they pre-purchased 2 caskets from Casket Depot. Sadly, we needed one casket within a year of its purchase. The process to have the casket delivered to the funeral home was quick and efficient. My brothers and sisters still talk about the inscription "Going Home" on the lining of the casket. We were extremely happy with the casket.
Recently our family needed to claim the second casket. Again delivery of the casket to the funeral home went well.
Thanks to Casket Depot for their excellent service.

Hard to write about death and funerals. We found this process was made very easy with this company. The web site was easy to work though. Shipping was fast we order on a monday and our first shippment was too us by Wed. The workers contacted us when one item was not in the box and again had it shipped. The product is beautiful. Thank you casket depo for making this process go smoothly

I ordered an urn for my mothers funeral online on a Sunday, knowing that my order would not be processed until Monday, but orders were promised in a 3-4 day delivery time. On Wednesday I called in a panic, as the order tracking showed my delivery expected for Friday- a full 5 days, which was the day of the funeral! The person I spoke to told me it was out of his hands, and perhaps I could delay the funeral!! How insensitive !!! The announcement was in the paper, and people had made their travel arrangements to attend Friday's service- this was not an option! The urn did not make it in time for the funeral and was Not delivered direct to my door, but to the post office which delayed the delivery yet another day- Saturday! This company makes false claims of express delivery, and are extremely insensitive during a very difficult time - and this is the nature of their business, when people have lost a loved one.

I placed the order yesterday afternoon and received it this morning before 9! Express shipping at no extra cost which is Amazing since the same product cost almost $100 more on Casket Outlet and probably more than that through a funeral home. I called to confirm they would ship for free to Trenton, On., and a real person answered the phone!

the funeral home did not have what I wanted for my Mom. I found the Pieta on casket depot and Jeff was efficient in processing order. It was delivered in Ottawa, with the 2 hour estimated delivery time and boxed, packaged on a crate. ( I had to be present for delivery, as the funeral home does not want to be help responsible if anything goes wrong) Super good service, prices and casket was to our liking. Mom would have loved it.
